Tai Chi

For centuries the Chinese people have experienced and understood the many benefits of Tai Chi. Benefits, we in the west, are just beginning to experience.

Physical benefits include:

9 Dragons Kung Fu has great variety in its Tai Chi program, teaching both "Wu Dang Yang" and "Chen" styles along with sets of QiGong to promote health and longevity. These classes also include Tai Chi sword forms, Fan forms and a variety of classes include self-defense as Tai Chi has its roots in the Martial Arts. All classes are taught by Certified Black Belt Instructors.

So whatever our personal goal is and wherever your physical ability is we have something for you in our Tai Chi Program.


Tuesday: 9:30-11:30
Class includes Qigong training and self defense

Thursday 9:30-11:30
Class focus on Strenght, balance & forms

Saturday 10:15-11:15
